Who is Penny?
Penny was born and raised in Winnetka. She is a New Trier alumni. She raised her 3 children in Wilmette.
She studied Food Nutrition and Chemistry in college and went on to work as a food scientist for companies like Kraft, Keebler, Parco Foods and more.
Charcuterie came as a passion. It first started with making charcuterie boards for family holidays, days at the Wilmette sailing beach with her 3 kids or nights spent on the deck of the Wilmette harbor.
Penny started to share her passion as more and more people started complimenting her boards
and she wanted to bring some extra joy to the community.
Because of her background in food science, she understands how ingredients compliment each other, making her charcuterie boards a one of a kind culinary experience sure to delight any client and their guests! She also understands and cares deeply about quality and food safety - only sourcing the best ingredients.
Each board is carefully and thoughtfully put together by Penny who wants to make every customer feel so special.
